Training Hours:

Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-12:00pm & 2:00PM-5:00PM

Do I have to come with a partner?

It is not required that you come to this training with a partner, however  duos, trios and quads are strongly encouraged for this calibartion based training.

Do I have to submit my pre-req video and fill out the online application from before I can pay to secure my spot?

YES.
